Employee of the year

A couple of months ago we asked all our parents and staff to nominate a member of our staff team for the company employee of the year.

We are very pleased to announce that Amy is one of the winners of the employee of the year.

Many parents and colleagues voted for Amy and gave wonderful feedback on her outstanding care to all the children in not only Happy Hedgehogs but any room she goes into.

Amy has been with us since the end of 2015 and she is currently working towards her level 3, she surely is an asset to the First Steps team.
